Questions, answered
When does the lower Pro fee apply?
From the moment your subscription activates. The fee is locked per ticket at purchase, so tickets sold before you upgrade keep the old rate — nothing shifts retroactively.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from My Space and Pro stays active until the end of your paid period. After that you're on Free at 5% — your events and guests are untouched.
How do payouts work?
Ticket money is held until 5 days after your event ends (to cover refunds), then paid out to your bank account. You don't need any payment-gateway account of your own.
Is GST included?
While we operate without GST registration, the prices above are what you pay. If that changes, we'll tell you well before it affects a bill.
