Tribl is operated by Ajinkya Baburao Thakare, sole proprietor. This Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

Account information: name, email address, phone number, profile image, and bio.
Event data: events you create, register for, or interact with.
Registration data: responses you submit when registering for events, including custom fields set by the Host.
Payment information: transaction details processed via Razorpay. We do not store card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
Location data: city/venue information you enter when creating or searching for events.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform.

To operate the platform: manage your account, show events, process registrations.
To process payments and send payment confirmations.
To send transactional emails: registration confirmations, event updates.
To allow Hosts to communicate with their registered Attendees.
To improve Tribl and fix issues.
To prevent fraud and ensure security.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

With Hosts: when you register for an event, the Host receives your registration details (name, email, phone, and custom form responses).
With Razorpay: payment data is shared with Razorpay to process transactions (razorpay.com/privacy).
With Google: event location input uses Google Maps API (policies.google.com/privacy).
With our email service provider: to send transactional emails.
With authorities: if required by law.

Account data: retained for as long as your account is active.
Payment records: retained for 7 years as required under Indian tax and accounting law.
You may request deletion of your account at any time (subject to legal retention requirements).
