Terms & Conditions
Effective date: August 29, 2026 · Last updated: August 29, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Tribl (tribl.in), operated by Ajinkya Baburao Thakare, sole proprietor ("I", "me", "Tribl"). By creating an account or using Tribl, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Tribl.
1. What Tribl Is
Tribl is an online platform that allows individuals and organisations ("Hosts") to create, publish, and manage events, and allows others ("Attendees") to discover and register for those events. Tribl is a technology platform — I am not the organiser of any event listed on the platform, and I am not responsible for the content, quality, safety, or occurrence of any event.
2. Eligibility
- By using Tribl, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- Tribl is currently available to users in India.
3. User Accounts
- You must create an account to host events, and you may create an account to manage your registrations. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate, current information during registration.
- You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.
- I reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Hosts — Creating and Managing Events
- As a Host, you are solely responsible for your event listing and for delivering the event as described.
- You must clearly state your cancellation and refund policy in your event description before publishing the event. If no policy is stated, your event is considered non-refundable by default.
- If you cancel an event, you must notify all registered Attendees immediately. Tribl will process full refunds to Attendees on your behalf.
- If you change the date, time, or venue of an event, you must notify all registered Attendees promptly. Attendees who are not comfortable with the change are entitled to a full refund, and you are responsible for honouring such requests within 5 business days.
- Events involving illegal activity, misleading content, or violations of applicable law are prohibited.
- Tribl reserves the right to remove any event listing that violates these Terms.
5. Attendees — Registering for Events
- By registering for a paid event, you agree to the refund and cancellation policy set by the Host.
- It is your responsibility to read the Host's cancellation policy before completing your registration.
- Tribl does not guarantee that a registered event will take place — this is the Host's responsibility.
- For refund or cancellation queries, contact the Host directly or reach out to Tribl support at support@tribl.in.
6. Payments
- Payments on Tribl are processed securely via Razorpay, a third-party payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India.
- Event prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Tribl does not store your payment card details. All payment data is handled by Razorpay in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
- Individual event refund policies are set by the Host of each event, not by Tribl. Tribl is not responsible for refunds arising from Host decisions, except in the case of Host-cancelled events.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Use Tribl for any unlawful purpose.
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent event listings.
